The AMFI Honours Programme gives a select group of talented students the opportunity to spend a short but intensive study period deepening and strengthening their fashion vision, their stylistic signature and their personal motivation. The end result is a small, high-quality collection of three outfits.
War, terrorism, and lost of privacy.
Trump, pollution and nuclear energy.
Danger! Attacks! From everywhere.
Its time to protect, to connect and care.
Today, I feel a constant sense of threat. For example, threat of terrorism, war and pollution.
I feel small and vulnerable between these problems and want to protect myself against it. That’s why this collection consists of wearable armor, inspired by the shields of insects, to regain my old sense of care, security and protection.
